Here are just a few pictures of Paul's allotment as of September 13th 2009.

Recycled wood makes great plot edging while bark chippings (supplied free from Preston City Council when available) helps suppress weeds on pathways.

Netting helps protect more delicate vegetables. Wide pathways allow for easy access with a wheelbarrow.

Paul's other allotment (one of two half plots) has less formal paths but vegetables are grown in rows and small beds to enable easy access. No weeds in sight here either!
